A scheduling volunteer will contact the nominee by the next business day to discuss and finalize excursion details, what to wear, bring etc.

The guests will meet the volunteer crew prior to departure at Safe Harbor Toledo Beach Marina La Salle, Michigan or Meinke Marina, Curtice, Ohio

The sailing excursions may be as brief as 1 one hour, or as long as 3 hours  in the Toledo harbor depending on conditions and the will of our guests. Sailing is weather dependent, and the weather will be monitored carefully prior to departure.

When the sails take over, the sound and feel of the wind and water create a unique experience of freedom and peace.  Nature engulfs you and the challenges you face fade away. 

Guests will be sailing aboard boats offering excursions that are 25-40′ in length.  Each vessel will be thoroughly evaluated for safety, and captained by an experienced Skipper, a First mate, and a Serenity Sailing Ambassador to tend to the needs of our guests. 

All boats are being provided through the generosity of their owners and a part of the generous Western Lake Erie sailing community.
